History

1948: In the year of the establishment of the State of Israel, the Israeli Tractor and Equipment Company Ltd. was established, which was granted the concession for the exclusive distribution of Caterpillar products worldwide.

1984: This year, Pazoko Ltd., which specializes in the import and marketing of consumables for the light and heavy vehicle industry, was established.

1987: The company's operations expand and it receives a franchise for the exclusive distribution of the international truck brand.

1989: This year a major turnaround took place in the management avenue and the Israeli Company for Tractors and Equipment Ltd. was acquired by Sir Bernard Schreier, owner of CP Holdings.

1990: Change of name of Pazoko Ltd. to Zoko Ltd.

1995: Zoko Ltd. becomes a public company and is issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

2001: "The Israeli Company for Tractors and Equipment Ltd." merges its activities with Zoko Ltd.

2001: The activities of the Israeli Tractor and Equipment Company are transferred to Tractors & Equipment (ITE) Ltd.

2001: Zoko Ltd. changes its name to Zoko Enterprises Ltd.

2002: Zoko Enterprises expands its operations and acquires Gur Filters Ltd., which manufactures, markets and exports filters for the automotive industry.

2002: Acquisition of Oz Hydraulics and Pneumatics Ltd., which develops, manufactures, markets and renovates hydraulic systems, piping and peripheral equipment.

2004: Transfer of Oz Hydraulics to Tractors and Equipment (ITE) Ltd. and the sale of the Oz Hydraulics and Pneumatics Company.

2008: Tractors and Equipment Co. (ITE) Ltd. expands its activities in the transportation sector and receives a franchise for the exclusive distribution of the famous Czech brand Tatra, a manufacturer of road and road trucks.

2011: Zoko Enterprises Ltd. develops its activities in the field of water and acquires Sinibar, which specializes in providing pumping and purification solutions.

2012: Receipt of an exclusive representation of Solar Turbines and the initiation of natural gas operations.

2013: Construction of an EMD workshop for the renovation of locomotive engines.

2014: Delivery of the first gas engine in Israel, renovation of gas engines on the Noble Energy platform.

2015: The start of a second round of renovations for the power cars of the Israel Railways.

2015: Accompanying the tunneling project at Highway 6 Shafir.
